Terms & Conditions
By enrolling in classes at Footsteps Performance Academy Ltd, you agree to the following terms:
1. Fees & Payments
Class fees are payable in advance for each term. Your place in class is only secured once payment has been received.
2. Refund Policy
We operate a no refund policy. Refunds or credits will only be issued if a class is cancelled by the school and cannot be rescheduled.
3. Notice Period
If you wish to withdraw from classes, we require a minimum of 6 weeks’ written notice to directors@fpacademy.co.uk. Fees remain payable during this notice period, regardless of attendance.
4. Missed Classes
Missed classes (due to illness, holidays, or other personal reasons) are non-refundable and non-transferable.
5. Cancellations
In the event that FPA needs to cancel a class (e.g. due to venue closure or teacher illness), we will do our best to reschedule the session. If this isn’t possible, a refund or credit will be offered.
6. Health & Safety
All students participate at their own risk. It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to inform the school of any relevant medical conditions.
